We have always updated our comfortable work environment to keep pace with the times. We do this because we want all our employees to continue working with a sense of excitement (Waku-Waku). As a result, we develop and retain talented people, which helps the evolution of our company. We will continue to put the excitement (Waku-Waku) of our employees first and create an even better work environment.
Our company’s efforts were recognized when we received 3.5 stars in the 7th Nikkei Smart Work Management Survey conducted by The Nikkei. This marks the third consecutive year that we received this rating. The Nikkei Smart Work Management Survey evaluates companies that practice “smart work management” which demonstrates competitiveness in the new era. Among these, the ID Group also received an excellent rating in terms of “human resource utilization ability,” which evaluates a company’s ability to make the most of human resources.
Our training system features a comprehensive curriculum which focuses on two aspects: “human skills” and “technical skills.” This system continues to support the growth of not only new employees, but also leaders, managers, and executives. It is no problem if new employees do not possess any IT knowledge. Our employees will become engineer with high market value by acquiring skills from the basics and growing as a person.
We have established a thorough training system to transform new employees with no IT knowledge into first-class engineers. We also provide support to employees in other career stages than new employees. Even after many years at the ID Group, there are obstacles that employees will only encounter when they become a mid-level employee. Even managers may have questions or concerns. That is why we support the growth of each employee by providing training tailored to their career stage.
At the ID Group, new employees learn what fields they will study and what career path they will take, thereby forming the foundation to become a successful IT professional. There are opportunities to learn about the proper attitude toward work through group work, as well as lectures on our company’s management strategy. Through such topics, we emphasize to new employees the importance of building a foundation for future success.

Employees form their foundation as a working member of society during the first few years after joining a company. During this period, employees monitor their own level of growth at multiple points and develop action plans. There are also opportunities to communication with employees at different stages of their career, so new employees receive stimulation from various angles.
This training system aims to develop the next generation of leaders and employees who can work globally. Regardless of their position, employees are selected through recommendation by their supervisors. The selected employees attend monthly lectures held by highly-experienced veteran employees and deepen their learning about self-improvement throughout the year. As a culmination of their studies, trainees make individual presentations to the president. This system has produced many successful employees and supports the depth of the ID Group.
This training for selected employees is taught by the presidents of each company in the ID Group. Trainees acquire the mindset and leadership to lead the future of the ID Group. They also identify business opportunities and management issues while forecasting the future, and formulate a future blueprint for each company. The first-class experience of each company’s president enables trainees to hone their strategic thinking and business conceptualization skills.
In this training program, trainees are stationed at overseas bases for a certain period of time to develop creative global human resources who will lead the ID Group in the future. While studying in a living environment which differs from Japan, trainees improve their language, management, and technology skills. Trainees broaden their perspective by gaining new insights and learning that is unavailable in Japan.
This training supports employees in acquiring certification as a Fundamental Information Technology Engineer. Trainees also receive individual training tailored to the work content of their actual assignment; for example, programming, databases, and network design. Interested trainees can also take external training to learn about cloud services such as AWS and data analysis using Python. Both new employees and veteran employees can improve their IT knowledge through the extensive IT training system of the ID Group.
We provide training for employees to acquire basic IT skill certification from the time of joining our company until assignment. We encourage all employees to aim for certification that will equip them with basic knowledge useful in their work.
This specialized training is tailored to the work of the department to which new employees will be assigned. Training subjects include programming, databases, infrastructure construction, network design, and virtualization skills. This training enables new employees to smoothly learn work when they are assigned to their department, which means that they can immediately pay an active role.
The ID Group provides various career paths. The business management path consists of managing a team or organization.
