The ID Group actively hires global human resources. We aim to have global human resources account for 15% of our employees. Doing so will not only expand our work on a global scale, but will also bring great inspiration to Japanese employees who work together with foreign employees. Our global human resources are performing remarkably, with some of those employees reaching manager and leadership levels. Also, an English conversation club within our company provides Japanese employees with the opportunity to directly learn how to communicate in native English. In this way, our diverse employees help each other to improve and grow beyond the language barrier.
