    The ID Group actively hires global human resources. We aim to have global human resources account for 15% of our employees. Doing so will not only expand our work on a global scale, but will also bring great inspiration to Japanese employees who work together with foreign employees. Our global human resources are performing remarkably, with some of those employees reaching manager and leadership levels. Also, an English conversation club within our company provides Japanese employees with the opportunity to directly learn how to communicate in native English. In this way, our diverse employees help each other to improve and grow beyond the language barrier.

    Maternity leave and childcare leave systems are a given within the ID Group. Female employees and male employees both proactively take childcare leave. Also, many employees are active in managerial positions while raising children. One of our group companies has a model case of a woman who joined the company as a new graduate, got married, gave birth, and became president while raising a child.     The ID Group has a reskilling recruitment program for hiring people who have worked in industries other than IT but are eager to try new jobs and fields. Utilizing our know-how in training new graduates with no knowledge in IT, we support the relearning by person who have already gained work experience. Many of our employees have restarted their careers and displayed newfound abilities.

    In 2014, we established the special subsidiary Ai Factory Co., Ltd. with the aim of promoting employment for people with disabilities. Based on the concept of producing safe and secure vegetables, we cultivate leafy vegetables in an indoor plant factory that is not impacted by changing weather.
