Personally, I joined the ID Group without any experience in IT. Thanks to the full range of training programs the Group offers and the support from my senior colleagues, today I can apply myself to my duties with confidence.

When I first joined the Group I was stunned by the heavy workload. I had my hands full every day. However, as I gained more and more experience I acquired the skill of arranging tasks in order of priority and executing them efficiently. In a project to improve IT regulation at a major financial firm, for example, I streamlined complicated processes so tasks could be executed smoothly. I gained confidence from that experience. Now that I can implement tasks in a timely manner, I feel that I have really grown. The ID Group gives me many opportunities to learn new things. It’s a work environment that encourages me to take on challenges and fills me with a sense of personal growth.

As a young employee in my second year with the company, every day since I jumped into to the IT world has been a series of fresh discoveries. My “Waku-Waku” moment was when the project I’d been working on took shape and went live. For someone who had started with no experience, the moment when I fully realized that we had completed the project without delays I had contributed as a member of my team was one of irreplaceable joy. I was also excited when I felt the personal growth of learning new skills from my senior colleagues and making them my own.

I’m always deeply impressed by my senior colleagues’ ability to grasp a situation quickly, gain a close appreciation for customers’ needs and deliver accurate solutions for their needs. For us younger employees, it’s inspiring to observe our seniors as they quickly understand a project (even when they join it after it has started), take a project a client feels uncertain about and turn it in an ideal direction, and even work on multiple projects simultaneously with high-quality results. Their example helps us to grow as professionals. As a young ID Group employee, I want to shoulder my responsibilities as a professional and apply leading-edge knowledge and technology to support our customers. Growth in IT is forecasted to accelerate more and more, for example in the introduction of work processes that use AI. In an era when reading the trends can be difficult, I aim to stay one step ahead at all times, pursuing growth not only in my technical skills but as a person.
